Do you offer OEM/ODM product customization services?
Certainly, we offer customization services for our products. We can handle everything from product color, logo printing, and custom manuals to bespoke packaging (including color boxes or neutral, unbranded packaging) and even custom product design. Specific minimum order quantities and service fees vary depending on the product and can be discussed in detail.
Are you a real factory? Can we arrange factory audit?
Yes, we are a professional chainsaw & garden power tool manufacturer with our own production line and QC.
We support factory audit. You can visit our factory in person, or we can arrange a live video factory tour. Third-party audit (SGS, Intertek etc.) is also acceptable upon prior arrangement.

Which trade shows do you attend? Can we book a face-to-face meeting with you at the booth? Will you bring samples to the exhibition?
Naturally, we participate in numerous trade shows every year—such as the Canton Fair and the Cologne trade fairs—where we host our own booths and display a wide range of samples. We welcome you to visit us in person for a face-to-face meeting; you are also welcome to let us know in advance which products interest you, and we will bring those specific samples along for you to view.
What certificates can you provide?
We can provide various certifications, including ISO 9001, CE, FCC, and UN38.3; please contact us for details. We hold different certifications for different products, but even if we do not currently possess a specific certification, we are willing to obtain it for you—provided the order volume is sufficient—in order to establish a partnership.
How do you ship the goods? Can the customer specify the logistics provider?
We will consult with you regarding the shipping method and prioritize your preferences. We ship from Zhejiang, China; however, if you only require a small quantity of goods, we have agents in various countries—such as Kenya, South Africa, Peru, and Paraguay—and purchasing from them may be a preferable option.
